Your new role
Working as part of developing finance team, you will report into the CFO who joined the business 3 years ago during an exciting phase in his career and he is now looking for a Head of Finance/FC:

• Working with CFO to establish processes suitable to assist this organisation with long term growth
• Taking ownership for monthly reporting
• Providing variance analysis on budgets vs actuals ensuring commercial insight is taken from the number
• Statutory reporting
• Building a team
• Systems improvement

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be qualified ACA/ACCA with demonstrable experience delivering results working in finance teams with the desire to be part of a growing business.
