FP&A Manager - Energy
Your new company
You will be working for a transformative energy business who are fully who are fully vertically integrated, allowing them to control the full customer experience. Their product is clean energy, specifically solar homes, and they have begun to diversify into other utilities to add to the customer provisions. They are based in West London and operate a hybrid working model.
Your new role
You will be their Head of FP&A, reporting into the CFO, with key responsibilities including:
- Executing monthly reporting deliverables (including KPIs, working capital, OPEX, variance analysis)
- Working with the Group Strategy team on long-term planning and business case development
- M&A commercial impact assessment
- Engaging with global stakeholders to understand operating and commercial drivers' impact upon financial performance
- Preparing the monthly board pack and annual budgets
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or international equivalent) accountant with a strong commercial finance background who can adapt to an agile environment. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication of data-driven insights through visuals as well as strong oral and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be reporting directly into the company CFO so this is a high level position within the business. This role is being presented at a day rate of £500, or on a FTC; salary may be negotiable for the right candidate.
