Your new company
A well-established e-commerce leisure company is recruiting for a Head of Finance. Based out of smart, friendly offices with excellent transport links and hybrid working, this is a varied role with the opportunity to have autonomy and excel in a team.
Your new role
As the new Head of Finance, you will report to the Commercial Finance Director. Responsibilities include:
- Business Partnering - regular forecasts, annual and 3 year budget plans, improve business efficiency, financial reporting and analysis
- Reporting, Accounting and Control - monthly management accounts with variance analysis, manage the audit process working closely with stakeholders
- Leadership - be a leader and provide team development to the finance teams, manage and motivate direct reports to achieve team goals and support individual career progression
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
- An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) qualification with post-qualified experience, ideally in a similar industry background
- Knowledge of accounting standards and financial control frameworks
- Ability to provide high-quality management information
- Analytical thinker able to improve business processes
- Strong team management skills
