Senior Manager / Partner Designate – Charity & NFP Clients

Are you a fully ACA qualified Senior Manager or Director with experience of working with charity and not for profit clients, looking for a Partner Designate role where you will become the main Partner in a Top 50 firm to manage and oversee all the firms Charity & Not for Profit clients? Would you like to work for a leading accountancy practice firm where you will be able to progress to full Partner grade in a very short space of time (around 12 months)? If so this well known practice is looking to recruit an ambitious Senior Audit Manager or Audit Director due to the current Charity & NFP Partner looking to retire in the next 12 to 18 months. Shadowing this Partner until they retire, you will get introduced to all the firms Charity and NFP clients and learn to service them to a high standard. The portfolio includes an impressive mix of small London based charities and larger international clients. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients and be in charge of managing workflow, reviewing work and ensuring all clients are serviced to the current very high standard. You will actively get involved with new business development and trying to grow your portfolio and assist with the overall smooth running of the Charity & NFP department. You will also carry out ad hoc assignments such as advisory projects, client fund raising events, marketing and attending charity specific functions and events.  Your role will be varied and hugely enjoyable, and progression to Partner grade guaranteed within around 12 months.  

To be considered for this new role (November 2022) you must be an ACA qualified Senior Audit Manager or Audit Director with at least 5 years PQE. Its likely you will currently be working for a good quality (ideally medium or large in size) accountancy firm with strong knowledge and experience of auditing and advising Charity & Not for Profit Clients. You will currently be working for a good quality UK based practice firm, with experience of the above duties, including managing a portfolio of clients and managing staff. Your role must be at least 50% audit based. You must now be looking to join another good quality practice but one which will offer you much improved progression prospects to Partner grade and give you the perfect platform for long term growth where you can assist with building a dedicated charity team and build the firms profile in the Charity & NFP sector.
