Reporting directly to Partner level, your role will be varied and include managing your own portfolio of clients, managing and reviewing all audit and accounts assignments, liaising with clients, managing workflow, staff training and performance reviews, assisting with new business development, and exposure to advisory projects. Your client portfolio can be tailored to accommodate your overall interests and areas of expertise and will range from listed international companies to high growth owner managed businesses. Your role will be varied, challenging, yet hugely enjoyable. The firm also offer flexible working / hybrid working for all staff and you can work 2 days from home a week, sometimes more.
To be considered for this new role (November 2022) you must be a qualified ACA Audit & Accounts Manager or Audit Manager, either operating as a current Manager or be an experienced Senior or Assistant Manager and looking to step up to full Manager grade. You must have at least 2 years PQE. You must currently be working for a good quality accountancy firm in a role, at least 40 - 50% audit based. You must also have experience of audit and accounts assignments, as well as managing your own portfolio of clients. Ideally you will have strong academics and a good pass rate in your ACA. You must be professional, dedicated to your career and looking to upgrade to a very good quality Top 20 firm to assume a varied, challenging yet highly rewarding managerial position.
