Tech based business seek hands on CFO

Your new company
Ambitious and established owner managed business who are soon to embark on their next stage of growth seek to appoint a hands on driven "number 1" in finance to partner closely with the CEO and board of directors.

Your new role
You will assume responsibility for the end to end finance function with oversight for a growing, yet talented team. You will lead the development of the company's annual operating budget, setting targets and operational policies focused on measurable outcomes. Furthermore you will act as a business partner and negotiator to the commercial team, providing feedback whilst setting guidance and financial policies in respect of pricing, margins and overall business performance. You will proactively forecast and generate strategy around funding activities, lead on any due-diligence work with acquistional targets and ensure the business maintains rigour with regards to their statutory obligations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a driven and ambitious qualified accountant with experience within SME owner managed environments. Prior experience within investments / M&A is essential as is knowledge of technology / SAAS based businesses and a track record of leading a business over a sustained period of time through a phase of growth.
