Senior Finance Business Analyst

You will be working for a successful company based in Croydon, that has rapidly grown over the last 5 years with projections to grow 4 times in size over the next few months. This is an exciting Senior Accountant job which is newly created due to company growth. This company delivers best in class service across executive management, consultancy, finance, compliance, and IT. The company prides itself on working with highly motivated teams that deal in complicated and innovative transactions.


Your new role

Your responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:

• Production and consolidation of individual office and group management accounts
• Management reporting and financial analysis
• Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on the performance of the group
• Improvement and streamlining of group reporting procedures
• Continuous development of internal control processes - process design and implementation to enable automation
• Support group strategic initiatives
• Ad-hoc projects as required, including supporting the year end process for financial reporting
• Support the team in various regular tasks (month ends, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, report writing, etc)
• Analysis and resolution of queries
• Partnering with UK entities to enable strong strategic relationships

What you'll need to succeed

You will be ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified, with experience working in busy environments to tight deadlines. Ideally you will have Audit experience, experience of group finance functions, and experience of managing multiple stakeholders. You will bring strong communication skills, and IT literacy including Microsoft Excel.
