This growing fashion brand with sustainability and creating iconic collections are based our of offices in the City Of London. The business has grown at an incredible pace thanks to their innovative collections and strong ecommerce branding.
Your new role
Due to the continued growth of the business, the company is looking to hire a driven and ambitious Financial Analyst to join their finance function. Core duties include:
- Production and analysis of budgets and forecasts
- Development and preparation of management reports and variance analysis
- Interpretation of all retail financial/management information and making recommendations to senior management
- Producing reports for that include the monthly management pack, stores P&L and daily sales reports
- Regular performance reviews with the business, reviewing variances, profitability and latest view
- Preparing the annual budget, forecast and latest view
- Analysis of sales, margin and costs to budget, forecast & last year
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally you are someone who is working towards an accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA or AAT).
- Monthly reporting for retail shops and e-commerce
- Preparing the annual budget, forecast and latest view for retail shops and e-commerce
- Experience of reporting, forecasting and analysing trends to support the business in decision making
- Advanced excel and financial modelling with the ability to deal with large volumes of data (preferably in Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
