This market leading business, that has a long history of success, is seeking an Internal Audit Manager for a newly created position. This is a great business to work for; it continues to grow, and recognises that the skills and knowledge of its employees underpin its success.

Your new role
The is an exciting opportunity that will involve creating, developing and driving the internal audit plan, and working with the Head of Internal Audit to create a best in class function. The role will be varied and the Internal Audit Manager will identify the key risks in both financial and non-financial business processes, asses the current controls in place, identify any gaps and the business implications of these, suggest improvements in controls, and identifying areas of good practice from within the business and from other businesses.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in internal audit as well as a qualification in accounting, risk or auditing. The role will involve a significant amount of engagement with a variety of stakeholders so it is essential that you have great interpersonal skills and the proven ability to manage and maintain business relationships.
