ACA Qualified from the Big 6 with M&A and IFRS 3 & 16 experience ?
Your new company is a growing telecoms business at the heart of the 5G revolution.
Your new role as a member of the financial planning & analysis team offers a mix of Business Partnering and Financial Control, while supporting and shaping the direction of the business. This will include providing the following :
- Extraction, review and sharing of the company's trial balance during month end.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards (IFRS knowledge).
- Preparation of management accounts / reporting of financial information with sufficient explanation.
- General ledger reconciliations.
- Provide cost breakdowns.
- Provide balance sheet breakdowns.
- Provide details around IFRS-16 calculations.
- Control of fixed asset register and explanations of movements.
- Reporting of main financial KPIs (nº sites, PoPs, etc.).
- Coordination with Finance Administration team and external accounting firm to ensure accounting periods are closed in a timely manner ensuring compliance with reporting calendars agreed with the buyer.
What you'll need to succeed is to be ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with previous exposure to M&A work. IFRS3 knowledge would be beneficial as would having been Big 6 trained.
