Exciting payroll manager opportunity in Altrincham
Your new firm
This Independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Altrincham is seeking to bring in a new Payroll Manager into their growing team. With the Payroll Department one of the firms key development and growth areas this is the ideal role for an ambitious manager to really come in and make a difference.
Progression is key to this firm, with that being said they are looking for a manager or an individual who wants to make manager who is ready for their next steps.
Your new role
you would provide full payroll services to clients and support other staff members. You will maintain and develop the payroll portfolio for existing and potential clients whilst staying up to date with developments in payroll and software and offering advice on implementation going forward.
What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking an experienced payroll professional with proven previous experience. The ideal individual will be able to work autonomously and have a keen eye for detail. Furthermore, this role is extremely client facing so good interpersonal skills are needed. Previous experience in practice is desirable but not essential as the firm will train on the nuances of a practice environment.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a highly competitive salary of £36,000 to £45,000 DOE plus a range of company benefits. Furthermore you will have the opportunity to propel your payroll career forward in an ever-changing role where you can grow with the firm.
