Group Financial Reporting Manager - Salary to £75,000 + Bonus + Competitive Pension. WFH 2-3x per week.
Your new role
You'll be joining a growth-focused PLC at their Swindon based Head Office to take ownership of the Group's consolidated accounts and administration of the Group Consolidation system. Working alongside the newly recruited Group Financial Controller and the rest of the finance leadership team, you'll be the "go to" person for technical accounting and accounting policy advice.
Key areas of responsibility will be owning the preparation of Group financial statements and the preparation of the consolidation and monthly management accounts, as well as management of thee audit process and liaising with external auditors.
You'll also be taking the lead and project-managing from a finance perspective on ad-hoc projects like changes in accounting policies, new revenue streams, restructuring, refinancing, systems, process and controls.
What you'll need to succeed
The role would suit someone who is a practice trained ACA/ACCA and has subsequently held a Company/Group financial reporting position. It requires a technically strong accountant, who has experience of IFRS financial reporting for a Group and the disclosure requirements of a publicly listed company.
