As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will have continuous exposure to the senior management within the Division.

Your main responsibility would be to drive business performance and create transparency in the organisation.

Description

The Senior Finance Business Partner will be crucial in helping the business drive better decision-making and generate efficiency.

The chosen candidate will act as the primary finance point of contact for specific lines of business, covering all financial matters in these areas.

As such you will need the gravitas, confidence & intellect to deliver the necessary influence to the core business areas and deliver meaningful change.

Responsibilities will include:

Financial and business planning, assisting in the shaping of business strategy and supporting the business in delivering results

Profile

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
  • A track record of delivering transformational change to a business
  • Supporting trading in the interpretation and understanding of the financial data and the implications for the business
  • Working with a range of senior stakeholders and attending several meetings to represent the Finance Team Planning, forecasting and monthly
  • Prevent track record in a commercially focused finance role, with business partnering experience
  • A good commercial acumen and knowledge of a financial services business
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels
