Performance Reporting Analyst role in Leeds offering flexibility, progression and an in-depth, exciting role.

An internationally listed insurance company is expanding the finance team during a period of change.

Your new role
As the Performance Reporting Analyst, you will focus mainly on the analysis of business partner reporting needs, in turn, developing scorecards, key performance indicators and metrics. You will also develop reports for key stakeholders regarding operational and performance needs.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will be comfortable working with internal & external stakeholders at all levels, demonstrate the ability to review and propose process improvements, have a problem-solving approach and be highly motivated either independently or within a team. Prior experience with integrating ledger and financial systems would be desirable, as would strong excel skills.
