Client Details

Description
- Provides professional development for the team including routine coaching, periodic goal setting, timely performance appraisal and ongoing career development.
- Fosters a culture of continuous process improvement and strong internal control, driving automation and cost reduction improvements where possible.
- Monitors and manages stakeholder department relationships to ensure communication is effective in addressing cross-functional matters.
- Manages the relationship with the company's statutory accounting outsourcing partner, to ensure compliance is maintained as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.
- Manages and coordinates the regional financial closing process to ensure deadlines are met, financials are reported timely and transparently, and effective internal controls are in place.
- Ensures all activities are undertaken with a clear audit trail which can be made available on request.
- Pro-actively improving and undertaking effective business relationship with key interfaces.
- To assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures

The Financial Accounting Manager must be qualified, have experience managing a team and have strong financial accounting experience.
