Senior FP&A Analyst

Hays are working with a growing brand to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst for a Bath based business.

Your new company
A well known brand have had an exceptional 20 years since their first creation, now housing warehouses across UK, Europe, America and Australia. As the growth of the business continues and as the finance team creates a leading function with modern systems, they are now recruiting for a Senior FP&A Analyst to be based in here in Bath.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, this role is a key business partner to one of its geographic regions. The analyst will impact key decisions that will help shape the commercial success for the business going forward. There is a focus on budgeting and forecasting, supporting the regional manager, effectively being responsible for the FP&A support of the business, this will be supported by an onsite accountant. This is a great role for someone to partner with the business, helping to understand the financial performance and support future growth. There is also a great opportunity to get involved with projects and systems implementation.

What you'll need to succeed
The client is looking for a qualified accountant that has strong interpersonal skills for dealing with a variety of teams. You should have strong excel skills and be comfortable working with large volumes of data. Retail and ecommerce experience would be beneficial but not essential
