A superb FP&A Manager position has arisen in a high growth Telecoms and Technology business based near Sunbury-On-Thames

Client Details

Michael Page Finance are exclusively partnering a growing SME based near Sunbury-On-Thames. The business are a high growth Technology and Telecoms business. The group provide visual and audio solutions to a companies for day to day communication as well as events and conferences.

This is an exciting time for the group as they are in a period of growth. The FP&A Manager will report in to the Finance Director and take a lead in driving business performance.

Description

The FP&A Manager will be a key business partner to drive insight and commercial decision making.

  • Key business partner to operational heads
  • Lead on all quarterly forecasting
  • Ownership of the P+Ls for key business areas
  • Develop new and improved management reports, dashboards, metrics, and KPI's
  • Improve the accuracy, quality, consistency, completeness and timeliness of the financial reporting process.
  • Improve the efficiency of the financial reporting systems
  • Oversee and lead the annual budget process working with department heads
  • Develop and introduce a monthly rolling forecast and process efficiency

Profile

The successful candidate will be:

  • A fully qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Demonstrable experience in FP&A and business controllership
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to build working relationships at all levels
  • Commercial acumen

Job Offer

The FP&A Manager role comes with a base salary circa £60,000-£80,000 plus comprehensive package. Depending on experience.
