Management Accountant - Large Company - Hybrid working - Competitive salary

Your new role
Working in a core management accounting team of four staff, key accountabilities will include:

• Production of monthly management accounts, prepayment and accrual journals.
• Weekly reporting of sales, stock, variance analysis, profitability.
• Monthly reconciliations of the balance sheet.
• Monthly Intercompany reconciliation.
• Supporting and assisting in the production of financial forecasts and budgets.
• Assisting in completion of the Year End audit and provide support in query resolutions.
• Working with others in the team to standardise and improve processes across the team.
• Effectively undertaking any other duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Can work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
• Excellent communicator, with the ability to communicate detailed financial information in a simple manner for non-financial colleagues.
• Innovative & positive attitude towards work.
• Advanced Excel skills (Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc)
• Attention to detail and ability to understand and map processes end to end.
• Experience within a similar management accounts role.
• Qualified Accountant (Passed finalists will be considered)
