We’re looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner/ Management Accountant to join the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy’s finance team.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Finance Business Partner/ Management Accountant to join our ambitioius and growing finance team. Having recently gone through a new finance system implementation, the team are all learning together and developing new approaches to our work. We are looking for an individual who is keen to work in partnership, learn and grow along-side us.

As the Finance Business Partner, you will work with the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to undertake business partnering across the organisation and the two associated charities, working collaboratively with budget holders and other staff to proactively provide financial advice, resolve financial queries, and actively promote financial awareness.

With excellent communication skills, you will be organised and have proven time management skills in order to produce timely and accurate mangement accounts, project/fund reports and support the delivery of quarterly forecasts and the annual budget. You will work closely with stakeholders to interpret and explain the figures you produce to support crucial decision making.

You will bring enthusiasm and a strong financial acumen to act as a trainer and a coach to improve the financial understanding of staff across the Society, specifically on the Finance System and on wider finance change management initiatives.

*The CSP operates hybrid working where employees can work between their home and the office. Through discussions with line managers, the CSP encourages employees to decide how, when and where they work best in a way that balances the needs of the CSP, the team and themselves. Employees are still expected to attend the office for in person meetings when required for their role and the organisation. Homeworking is subject to meeting homeworking assessment requirements, which includes a minimum broadband speed of 18Mbps.
