Disputes & Litigation Director, fast-track to Partner

Your new company
Part of one of the largest international firm networks in the world, my client are the market-leaders in the UK in their particular Forensic field. This specialism has served to produce other forms of forensic work from the same sources, and they have had considerable success thus far diversifying their offering organically. Strategically they are now ready to invest in an emerging Expert to power up further market share in lawyer-led litigation, disputes and valuations.
Case sizes range from £100k - £50 million and are roughly half specialist (more information is of course available on enquiry) and half derived from litigation, valuation and international arbitration.
The firm have an exemplary track record in developing their own people through to Partner.

Your new role
The firm would like to engage with a Forensic Accounting Director (or Senior Manager / Associate Director ready for promotion) who specialises in disputes, litigation, Expert determination and/or valuations. You'd be backed by a well-known brand both internationally and in the UK, and fellow partners who can help develop and mentor you both as an emerging Expert in your own right, and future Partner.
This is the ideal role for someone who backs themselves as a future Expert, and either isn't seeing the promotional/developmental track or timescale in their own firm , or perhaps feels a little overshadowed by the large brand they work for and would like more freedom to develop their own practice.

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent accountancy qualification
• Disputes or contentious valuations led experience to Director level, or at least established Senior Manager /Associate Director grade.
• For existing Director candidates, the tile Managing Director is available
• The desire/ambition to keep developing as an Expert and be on Partner track
