Swindon based Financial Controller opportunity, 3 days per week in lovely offices with plenty of perks & bens.

Your new role
Your new role as Financial Controller will see you join a small, but high performing UK finance function. Whilst you'll be reporting to the Finance Director, you'll have autonomy to take ownership of all UK&I accounting deliverables and financial controls, as well as getting stuck in with several projects in the pipeline including an ERP implementation and automation project.

As well as your traditional controllership duties and line management of 1 qualified accountant, you'll act as a key business partner to senior stakeholders across finance and commercial where you'll take ownership of P&L and cash flow modelling as well as long term financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced, qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with PQE in a similar position, ideally with a track record in both controlling and business partnering within an international organisation. You'll need to have knowledge of IFRS and excellent Excel skills, and experience with SAP or similar systems would be highly beneficial.

Please note that this organisation has a hybrid working policy and you will be expected to attend the office in Swindon 3 days per week.
