Your new role
As the Joint Venture Accountant, you will be work with the JV Reporting Manager on a range of tasks including the below:

• Responsible for reporting of Group JVs whilst working closely with auditors
• Provide financial information of quarterly board packs
• Financial analysis including actual vs budgets
• Calculation of quarterly dividends/distributions to shareholders and funding requirements
• Preparation of JV management accounts whilst working closely with internal teams
• Preparation of statutory accounts including disclosures
• Covenant Reviews
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  You will have an interest in working within a Group Function and hold an accountant qualification e.g. ACA or ACCA (or similar). You will enjoy working in a busy and fast-paced environment with a continual improvement mindset.
