This is a fantastic opportunity for an Exec level Finance professional with Housing Association experience

Client Details

My client is a large Housing Association based in Wales.

Description

Sitting on the Exec Board and reporting to the the CEO, the Exec Director of Corporate Resources plays a pivotal role in shaping the culture of the organisation as well as being the steward for strong robust Finances, IT and Facilities

The organisation is going through a phase of transition and stabilisation so we are looking for someone who can "steady the ship", start to build strong relationships across the organisation and be hands on with modelling for refinancing and modelling options for current contracts.

Profile

You will be a fully qualified Accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMa or CIPFA

You will have Exec level experience gained in a Housing Association

You will have excellent people skills both management and relationship building

You will have excellent modelling skills - it would be beneficial if you had PFI experience and refinancing experience

Job Offer

a 6 - 9 month assignment

Salary £120,000 on a FTC or negotiable on a day rate

you will need to be on site 3x per week, so the ability to stay away is viatl
