Job Details
I am currently working with a high growth technology company. They have achieved a huge amount of organic growth and are now looking at an evolution into inorganic growth. They are looking at bringing in a Consultant for the next 3 - 6 months to support on an acquisition project. This role will be supporting the Head of M+A on providing commercial insight, strategic advice and preparing board and investment presentations. Keen to speak with candidates who have experience in M+A. This role is outside of IR35 and will allow hybrid working.
