Senior Finance Manager, £65,000, Merton, Wimbledon, hybrid working after probation


Your new company
A well-established healthcare business is looking to hire a new Senior Finance Manager. This company has a friendly and warm culture, working out of smart offices. Your role will be reporting into the Finance Director whilst managing all aspects of the finance function.

Your new role
As Senior Finance Manager, your role will be to:

  • Assisting the FD in building positive partnerships with senior managers and their teams including the wider finance team to drive improvement
  • Financial planning, management and accountability within the finance team
  • Management reporting and analysis on a monthly basis within a 5-day period
  • Coordinate and track financial process improvements and ensure compliance with appropriate standards
  • Undertake project-based work for specific initiatives


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as a Senior Finance Manager here, you must have the following:

  • An accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, etc) attained for at least 5 years
  • Strong business acumen and commercial understanding with an ability to build relationships with a confidence to talk to stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in business managing high-performance teams
  • Excel skills with Dynamics Nav being beneficial
  • Attention to detail, organisation and teamwork skills
