A Senior FP&A Analyst is required for a global company based in West London. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-known insurance company with a passionate, friendly culture. Working in the head office with the option of hybrid working, you will be working closely with the key decision makers.

Your new role
Reporting to passionate senior directors, You will be supporting the financial planning, analysis and reporting function of the business, initially supporting the implementation of a new financial reporting and consolidation platform whilst bringing an analytical mindset to deliver on strategic objectives in the longer term.

Duties include leading analysis on cost/price traction across the group, supporting the preparation of monthly financial reviews, working with the FP&A Director in preparing the annual and 5-year plans for the business and partnering with the Group VP, Global Sales and VP to support commercial and operational decision making through the provision of robust analytics.

What you'll need to succeed
A CIMA or ACCA qualification is not necessary but you should have a degree in business or finance. You will need to have had experience as a Senior Analyst/Business Partner ideally in a large corporate environment, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial accounts with advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills - OneStream experience would be beneficial.
