Your new company
This global Sports Company, based in Surrey, is looking to hire a Senior Finance Analyst. This organisation has a sociable and technologically-proficient environment, with a smart office that would suit someone that enjoys working in a team, offering hybrid working.

Your new role
As the new Senior Finance Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Cash forecasting and working capital finance management - support the cash team to ensure a forecast reflective of the short and long-term plans of the business, provide analytical insights.
  • Cash flow forecasting - deal with PnL and balance sheets, YTD actualisation and YTG forecasting. Preparation of analysis packs that present key assumptions and cash flow variance drivers
  • Business Partnering - cross-functional collaboration underpinned by strong cross-functional working relationships facilitating effective teamwork with both financial and non-financial partners
  • Continuous improvement - review and improve the tools and business processes that the business relies on for dynamic and prompt decision support.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed here, you MUST have the following:

  • An accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 1 year post-qual experience
  • Cash forecasting and analytics experience
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP


What you'll get in return
