  • Accountable for the management accounting of RDDS subsidiary including dealing with queries from Service Provider (SERCO) and the R2 asset division, including oversight on levy calculations, invoicing, forecasting and costs

Processing

  • Manage a team to deliver the accounts payable and receivables function. Ensure sales are invoiced in an accurate and timely manner, debts are recovered, supplier invoices are paid, and all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Manage the payroll administrator, to ensure payroll is processed and paid in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain an awareness of changes to the payroll and income tax landscape, and ensure relevant changes are implemented.
  • Engage with the wider business – through written reports and face to face meetings, potentially at senior level – to deliver financial information, and champion financial controls and processes.
  • Manage the performance and development of the team, through coaching mentoring, and agreeing individual development plans.
  • Drive excellent internal and external customer service behaviours, from across the team.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex financial principles or information in a style appropriate to the audience
