Finance Director

Your new company
A pre-revenue Media start-up, looking to start Series A, and with their market leading technology will aim to grow rapidly over the coming years.

Your new role
Reporting into the CEO you will own the whole finance function, with key responsibilities:

• Prepare annual budget and develop long term financial model
• Frequent reporting to investors
• Working with outsourced accountants to run monthly accounts, annual statement and tax returns
• Complete research and development tax credits
• Lead Series A funding

What you'll need to succeed
As an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant you will have considerable experience as a Finance Director or CFO, ideally at an early phase start-up. Work with senior stakeholders, including the board and high level investors. You will be able to deal with the ebbs and flows of working in a start-up and be happy to do what it takes to drive the business forwards.
