Your new role

Your new role as International Growth Compliance Officer will allow you to report directly to the Finance Director. This exciting new opportunity will make you a crucial part in aiding to direct their plans in foreign countries from a tax and law compliance perspective facilitating the companies expansion. As the International Growth Compliance Officer you will get to take reasonability for the entire International Finance process, working with key stakeholders across the business such as the internal finance team whilst also co-ordinating with external advisors therefore creating a seamless transition to business as usual Finance activities.

In this fast paced position you get to create the encompassing international compliance frameworks for the entire organisation and then implementing the appropriate strategy into the individual targeted countries. This exciting new role also gives you the ability to make sure the business undertakes regular reviews, therefore ensuring they stick to polices. The overarching objective for this amazing opportunity is to analysis and then minimise or negate all financial, legal and regulatory risk for international growth. In this role you will not have to undertake HR compliance as this is covered by another position within the company.


What you'll need to succeed

• ACA Qualified from a big 4 firm.
• Multiple years experience post-qualification experience.
• Tax experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience implementing cross-boarder polices.
