The company is a highly acquisitive group that provides Facilities Management services to well known companies across the United Kingdom.

Your new role
As Finance Manager you will be responsible for producing the monthly management accounts pack, developing the MI and KPI reports as well as partnering operational non-finance managers.

You will lead your team to produce accurate results on a timely basis and will be constantly seeking to improve processes as the company grows and new workstreams are added.

You will get experience of budgeting and forecasting and will be responsible for balance sheet control and working capital management.

This is a fantastic role to make the step up from management accountant to Finance Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be (ideally) a fully qualified accountant, or part qualified and in the final stages of your exams.
You must have experience of producing monthly management accounts and a good knowledge of balance sheet control.

You will be willing to manage and lead a small team. (prior experience not essential)
