Your new role
You'll be supporting the experienced Head of Finance by leading the finance function (1 direct report, 3-4 indirect reports) and overseeing all financial and management accounting, statutory financial statements and audits, as well as owning balance sheet and cash flow planning and budgeting and forecasting for the business.

What you'll need to succeed
As the Divisional Financial Controller, you'll be a qualified accountant with relevant experience in statutory reporting (either straight from practice or industry) as well as proven experience as a leader within a fast-paced finance function. The ability to communicate with key senior stakeholders and interpret complex data to drive business decision making is crucial too.
