A Management Accountant job in Fareham working for a rapidly-growing business paying £40,000 - £50,000

Your new company
A fast-growing and successful business on the South Coast with modern offices located in Fareham are looking for a talented Management Accountant to join their finance team. Having placed a number of their existing finance team we have received excellent feedback about the company culture and opportunities for ongoing career progression.

Your new role
You will support and prepare month and year-end accounts providing the financial reporting and analysis within tight deadlines. Working closely with the Financial Controller you will review bank reconciliations and cashflow whilst prepare quarterly VAT returns. Furthermore as the business continues to evolve you will work on a range of process improvement initiatives in order to develop the efficiency of the finance function. You will support any additional projects (for example the business is highly acquisitive so there could be scope to work on further integration needs across the wider group).

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a CIMA or ACCA Qualified Accountant or Part Qualified with prior experience in monthly management accountants in an accountancy practice or in industry and have excellent communication skills.
