Your new company
I am working with a highly acquisitive insurance broking group who are looking for an M&A Manager to join the corporate finance team. This is a market leading business with a proven track record in closing transactions each year and a strong deal pipeline.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the full M&A cycle from origination to execution. This is a broad role with key responsibilities including:

  • Preparation of analysis and valuation models
  • Formulation of transaction structures
  • Management of internal and external due diligence teams
  • Management of internal and external approval processes
  • Deal completion handovers to integration teams.
  • Deal generation and maintaining a strong deal pipeline.
  • Investment papers and presentations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven M&A experience within practice or industry with insurance broking sector knowledge desirable. You will need experience in the execution of transactions, ideally buyside M&A. You will need to have experience dealing with multiple projects and stakeholders, working to tight deadlines.
