Reporting Manager required to join a rapidly growing international marketing agency

Your new company
Your new company are a forward thinking globally recognised marketing agency. They employ over 500+ staff and have been established for over 35 years covering both the private and public sector markets.

Your new role
In your new role you'll take ownership of the Group's Consolidated Management Accounts covering a number of different currencies. You will manage the Groups Cashflow with a 12 month rolling forecast. You will create and own the monthly directors pack and present this to the board. You will sign off and approve the management accounts for the multiple entities. You will business partner with key budget holders including key non-financial stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be Newly ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and have experience of inter company exclusions and transfer pricing requirements applicable to Group consolidations. You will be advanced in excel and have strong analytical skills. You will be passionate about process improvement.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary circa £45000 + a competitive benefits package. You will see clear progression opportunities from the outset with this role having a progression plan to Financial Controller in 2/3 years. A hybrid working model is in place and this is a permanent fixture. You will report into a passionate and impressive Group Finance Manager who is passionate about up skilling those around her.
