Off the back of a recent fundraise, my client are looking to expand and strengthen their London finance team by bringing in a newly-created Senior Finance Manager.
They are a high-growth PropTech business whose SaaS platform has both a B2B and B2C offering.
With strong funding in place and with a specialist offering, they have continued to expand through a mix of organic growth and acquisitions.
This new hire will play a key role in the continued growth of the business and support the development of the finance function.
Description
The Role
This will be a broad Senior Finance Manager role with the following key responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day finance for the UK: financial/management reporting (review), prepare Boardpack, deliver commentary + manage team of 4 (Finance Manager, Junior Accountant, AP & AR)
- Commercial Finance Projects: Support CFO/Head of Finance with commercial analysis and commercial projects (this will include financial due diligence/M&A)
- Change/Improvements: develop processes/controls/analysis to develop the finance function as the business grows
Profile
What's Needed
- Finance Qualification (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong understanding of finance processes + developing best practices
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a proven background in developing finance processes/controls/functions
- Must be able to commute to Central London (2 - 3 days)
