Job Details

This role manages the Treasury, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. It has ownership of company's VAT-related activities and the review of elements of these functions that are provided by third party providers.

Profile

Experience (technical, managerial, industry)

* Experience of cash management and cash flow forecasting in a medium to large
commercial environment.
* Experience of managing complex stakeholder relationships and interfacing with all
areas of the business including exposure to senior leaders.
* Good working knowledge of AP, AR and VAT.
* Hedging experience including hedge accounting.
* Financial planning & analysis, including balance sheet and working capital.
* Telecoms industry preferred.
* Agresso ERP software.
* Board-level reporting.

Education level / Qualifications (professional, vocational)

* ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified. Good understanding of financial processes and systems.
* Treasury Management qualification.

Skills / Knowledge

* Naturally driven, determined and proactive.
* Good at managing stakeholders.
* Continuous improvement mindset.
* Comfortable working in complex / ambiguous environments, with a predisposition to
introduce structure and process.
* Hard-working, conscientious.
* Organised, proactive.
* Comfortable in Excel.
* Process / controls mapping experience beneficial.
