Finance Business Partner Job, Lancashire, Hybrid 3 days Office, Public Services Sector.

Your new company
A large and complex organisation that serves the local Lancashire community. This Public Funded body has a large finance team and highly developed Finance Business Partner function that supports the operational and front line management teams. You will be part of this very important and influential team.

Your new role
As a finance business partner in this organisation your role will be diverse and wide-ranging. In addition to partnering operational managers and helping them to deliver services to KPI's and budget, you will be involved in the development of business cases, Financial Analysis, and Financial Modelling. Due to the wide range of business activities you can expect no day to be the same. This is a great job to really develop your skills and offers realistic progression prospects. This role is as a result of a recent promotion.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified ( or nearly qualified) accountant with experience of budgets, forecasts and ideally of some business partnering.
You should have strong interpersonal skills so that you can influence decision making and you should have strong analytical skills to present complex data in a simple manner.
