Finance Business Partner job, Construction, North Wales, £45000

Your new company
A thriving construction business based in North Wales. This company offers a fantastic career progression path with a variety of Finance experiences available to its staff.

Your new role
As Finance Business Partner you will work with the construction teams and quantity surveyors to develop appropriate budgets for each project and ensure that costs and revenue match budgeted values.
You will also get experience of working on some corporate functions, in particular around financial modelling and scenario planning. This is a great role for someone looking to develop their finance business partnering skills.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified ( or almost qualified) accountant with experience of Finance business partnering. You must have strong analytical skills and ideally have been involved in building financial models.
You should have a passion to develop your skills and strong interpersonal abilities so that you are able to communicate complex financial information to non finance managers.

What you'll get in return
You'll get a competitive salary and excellent benefits package including a very good pension. You will also get flexible working arrangements which include 1 day per week working in the office in North Wales, but then the rest of the week can be working from home.
