Your new company
A global technology company in Woking is looking for a Finance Manager. Based out of smart offices with a cutting-edge technology center, you will be part of a fast-moving culture with innovation being a key tenant of their mission statement.

Your new role
As a Finance Manger, you will be reporting to the UK Country Manager. Duties include: overseeing all finance and accounting functions; overseeing all aspects of human resource management including recruitment, development, termination; assisting the development of organisational goals and objectives and preparing financial statements for external audits and German HQ.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant (ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA equivalent), experience in senior financial management HR support, use in a variety of software packages, budget development, preparation of financial statements and preparation of financial statements up to audited accounts. Skills you will have include being able to work in tight deadlines, working proactively and independently along with working within a team environment, and commercial minded with good project management skills.

What you'll get in return
A salary of £70,000 to £85,0000. You will also receive an additional discretionary 10% bonus, a pension scheme, 25 days annual leave and private medical insurance.
