Finance Manager

Your new company
We are working exclusively with a global media company, with a large presence on social media. They have offices across the world, and we are working specifically with the UK operations.

Your new role
As a result of an internal promotion, our client is looking for a progressive, ambitious and hands on Finance Manager to grow into the Financial Controller role. Your responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day financial management
• Business partnering to add value and strategy to a growing business
• Assist with FP&A alongside the FD
• Month end, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Complete VAT returns, cashflow forecasts and statutory reports
• Manage 1 part-qualified accountant

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant, with experience of WIP accounting, revenue recognition and ideally the media sector. On a personal level you must have an attention to detail, have managed a direct report in the past, and have the hunger to progress into a Financial Controller within the next 2 years.
