Project Accountant for a FTSE listed company

Your new company
You will be working for a FTSE listed real estate company with operations in over 70 countries. They require a new member of the finance team responsible for the EME region as they are taking on a number of new and exciting projects. Their office is based in London, and they offer a hybrid working model with team typically in the office 2 to 3 days each week.

Your new role
You will be a Project Accountant, working with the EME finance team, and taking ownership of key responsibilities including:

  • Identifying errors and correcting historic balance sheets
  • Supporting the team with year-end processes
  • Delivering additional project support on an ad hoc basis as their operations continue to grow
  • Review European country reporting packs

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with experience of large group consolidations and preparing statements under IFRS. Knowledge of Hyperion or a similar financial system will prove highly beneficial but is not essential. Ability to settle in to a team environment and work collaboratively when required.
