Your new company
Working for a globally renowned Real Estate business, this listed organisation owns and manages a diversified portfolio internationally. The London office is a currently hiring for a Finance Manager to support with the European business.

Your new role
An exciting new role has arisen within the Finance Team to manage accounting for a large portfolio. Your role will offer varied tasks including reviewing the accounts prepared by the outsourced provider, preparing year end audit schedules and reporting pack, reviewing management fee and charges, business partnering with colleagues across Europe and stakeholders in Asia. Your role will also include cashflow forecasting and financial analysis. As a Finance Manager you will also be responsible for the development of a junior accountant.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience within Real Estate, ideally across Europe. The role requires a Qualified Accountant with an ACA (or equivalent) or ACCA qualification. Experience of financial accounting and strong communication skills are required.
