Job Details
We are delighted to be supporting a well-known organisation in recruiting to an Interim Head of Finance role. The role is to cover a maternity cover and is for an initial fixed term duration of 9 months.
You will lead a small team of 2 in Finance and be responsible for all monthly management reporting. You will have a proven track record of working in a similar role previously and have excellent team leadership skills. You will lead the monthly reporting and be responsible for managing a Finance Manager and Finance Assistant.
The role will be office-based for the majority of the role with scope to work 1 day per week from home.
The ideal candidate will be professionally qualified, have proven Audit experience and have the communication skills to deal with both finance and non-finance staff. The client is happy to consider candidates from all industry backgrounds.
