The role is broad - through partnering and FP&A to leading the billing and credit control team

Description
- Member of the senior leadership team for finance
* Business Partnering to support and challenges the business
* The leadership, development and management of a team of c. 15 staff across credit control through to management accounts and partnering
* Support the development of a controlled environment, robust financial processes
* Provide full transparency and data required for external and internal auditors
* Own, plan, execute, communicate and submit outcomes of the key cycles: Monthly Results close, Monthly
Forecasts, Annual Budgets and supports any other key Group business cycle requirements
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports across all key KPIs
* Understand the underlying performance of the business, significant variances from budgets, key performance
indicators as well as proposing action plans to mitigate potential gaps
* Provide relevant insight and formulating strategies to drive performance across the business and to drive revenue,
profit improvement and cash generation initiatives to achieve financial results excellence
Profile
To be considered you will be an experienced, fully qualified accountant with experience of managing and developing a finance team.
