Financial Controller required for an interesting assignment with a growing manufacturing Group in Derby
Client Details
Growing, privately owned Manufacturing Group
Description
Initially a 6 month assignment managing the Finance Team,
- Balance sheet reconciliations
Preparation and co-ordination of the annual budget process and routine forecasts. Ensuring that planning changes in accounting standards are appropriately anticipated, budgeted for and reflected in the actual results
Monthly ledger postings/management for smaller entities including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement
- Inter-company reconciliations and recharges
- Prep of monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
- Statutory reporting and compliance
- VAT returns, consolidation and compliance/reporting
- Year end work - stat packs, tax packs, audit, statutory accounts
- Any other ad hoc work
Profile
You will be a qualified Finance Manager with experience of leading a team in a complex business, strong excel skills and the ability to commit for an initial 6 months
