Unique analyst role for a candidate keen to use their financial skills in a different role

Your new company
An established, friendly and collaborative company seek to appoint a commercially minded accountant who enjoys building relationships using their financial & analytical qualities in a unique role. The company are head-quartered in Hampshire, however the role is afforded plenty of flexibility (typically 1 day per month in the office combined with client visits (UK wide - expenses paid including overnight stays) and plenty of work from home options). For this reason the client is comfortable on the location for where the candidate is based.

Your new role
The role has scope to evolve but will focus predominantly on reporting and analytical duties. You will extract and analyse financial information which results in key decisions to be made with regards to existing and future trading determinations with current & prospectus customers. You will prepare concise, thorough and timely reports on due-diligence and partner with internal and external stakeholders through to board level. You will conduct meetings either remotely via TEAMS / ZOOM or face to face in order to further relationships with your stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be qualified accountant (or equivalent) with strong verbal and written skills and an aptitude for analytical tasks. You will be able to comfortably analyse a set of accounts drawing conclusions in order to raise points for discussion. You will relish working as a business partner and seek a role which really taps in your customer relationship skills. You will be comfortable when influencing senior stakeholders at a board level.
