Senior Accountant

Your new company
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced qualified practice accountant to join a small friendly well established team with over 30 years experience in practice. This role can be full time or with flexible working arrangements, could be tailored to suit family or other commitments by working a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Your new role
The role involves taking responsibility for a portfolio of clients based locally within a range of different industries from CIS subcontractors and builders to beauty services and property.
Your role will require you to:

• Liaise with clients on a regular basis preparing statutory accounts mainly for sole traders & partnerships and some limited companies.
• Annual tax returns and tax calculations
• Have knowledge of software packages such as Sage, Xero, Quickbook

What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidate should have worked in practice within similar role, be proactive, show initiative, be a good team player and be qualified ever ACCA or ACA, they will also consider a QBE Accountant.
