Hays Senior Finance are working with this great, growing construction company based in Telford. The business have gone from strength to strength over recent years and have some exciting projects in the pipeline.

Your new role

The job on the Financial Controller will be to mange the finance teams of 3, as well as working closely with the directors. The role will also involve:

• Working as part of the management team
• Producing monthly management accountant
• Variance analysis
• Cashflow reporting and control
• To ensure preparation of annual accounts
• Working closely with external auditors
• Supervising banking and other financial related roles.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience of working in a SME business and producing management accounts. Although experience of working in a construction business is ideal, it is not essential. You will be looking to part of a growing business.
