Finance Manager role for global manufacturing company near Ellesmere Port paying up to £50,000.

Hays are working closely with a global manufacturing company who have seen significant growth over the last five years. The business has restructured and created a more central finance function near Ellesmere Port. Hays have successfully supported the business to recruit a number of key roles across all central functions including finance.

As Finance Manager you will be responsible for producing several sets of management accounts for different parts of the business. You will liaise closely with these budget holders and challenge any variances as they arise. The role will be hands on but there is the support of a large transactional team and other qualified peers. The role can be adapted to suit your experience and we are looking at candidates from both Industry and Practice.

Given the business growth there is plenty of career progression available in both the central finance function. FP&A team and the wider operational business. This company actively promotes internal promotions and can demonstrate excellent employee tenure. The company really looks after it's employees and offers flexible and hybrid work patterns to suit people's needs.
